The
average age of our vineyard is
about 20 years.
The planted grape varieties on the
vineyard is about 80%Merlot and 20 % Cabernet.
Traditional culture,thinning out of
leaves and
grape harvests in green optimize
quality, as well as all detailed care allows to acquire quality
wines.
Every Château are
vinified in the château Panet's cellar.
The vinification is performed in thermo-regulated concrete
vats, to make monitoring easier.
After 3-4 weeks maceration, the wines
are aged while 12-14
months either in new oak barrels or in oak barrels which are 1 years
old and in
concrete vats.
Before bottling, the wines is blended and fined with
egg-white, then bottling is made at the estate by ourselves.
